Rickhouse Media, Inc. operates a performance marketing dashboard used to analyze advertising data across Meta ad accounts. We are committed to protecting the privacy and data integrity of our clients and their advertising data.

What Data We Collect

We do not collect or store any personally identifiable information (PII) from Meta users. Our system stores only aggregated advertising performance data from Meta platforms, including:

• Ad names
• Campaign structures
• Creative metadata (e.g. thumbnails or video filenames)
• Ad performance metrics (e.g. spend, impressions, reach)

How We Use the Data

The data is used exclusively for internal analytics, ad performance tracking, and creative strategy by Rickhouse Media, Inc. No data is sold, shared, or transferred to third parties.

Data Storage & Security

All data is securely stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States. Access is restricted to authorized personnel within Rickhouse Media, Inc. We comply with Meta’s Platform Terms, including Project Scaling Reporting (SPI) via business_info.spi.

Legal Compliance

We do not respond to law enforcement or public authority data requests unless required by law. In such cases, we follow internal policies to:

• Review legality of requests
• Minimize the scope of data disclosed
• Document all legal inquiries
